FAQs / Help

How suitable are the mazes for prams and wheelchair users?

The maze paths are wide enough for prams and wheelchairs and they have been rolled and will keep maintained throughout the season. However due to the maze being in a field, wet weather may affect the quality of the path and reduce accessibility.

What should I wear?

Please wear sensible outdoor footwear, the paths may get a little muddy at times so make sure you're not wearing your favourite white trainers!

What happens if we get lost in the maze?

If you get lost, or need to quickly exit the maze, head to the closest game board and call our goat rescue team on 07425588836 and a member of the team will come and find you. Throughout the day, members of our paddock crew will be patrolling the grounds, so keep an eye out for them too if you need any assistance.

Do I have to pre-book tickets?

To ensure tickets for your preferred time slot, we recommend booking tickets online prior to your visit. For those of you who are looking for some spontaneous fun, we do sell tickets on the day through our admissions hut in the paddock and a member of our team will get you booked into the next available slot. There will be a limited number of tickets available to purchase on the day but we cannot guarantee that there will always be availability. Please note that pre-booked tickets are £1 cheaper.

Are there baby changing facilities?

Baby changing facilities are available in our main farm shop toilets.

Can we bring our own food?

We have plenty of delicious food options here on-site, from our 'On the hoof' trailer in the paddock to our kitchen and farm shop. Please note that we do not allow food that has not been purchased on-site to be consumed within the paddock and maze area.

Can I just turn up and pay on the day?
