Cow Club is your chance to step beyond the fence and into the heart of Goat Shed — getting up close with the Simmental cows that call our farm home.
Perfect for families, curious adults, and anyone who loves learning where their food comes from, this relaxed, 30-minute outdoor experience is all about slowing down, asking questions and connecting with life on the farm.
Led by a member of the Goat Shed team, you’ll be guided from the paddock, through the gates and up onto the concrete pad by the Cow Shed. Once there, we’ll introduce you to our herd — sharing their names, personalities, daily routines and the history of how they became part of Goat Shed. And if you’re feeling brave, you’ll even have the chance to feed the cows yourself.
A Special Time To Visit
Winter and early spring are some of the most exciting months in the shed.
If Mother Nature plays her part, we’re expecting:
- Up to 5 calves in January
- A late arrival in February
- And plenty more new faces later in September
Which means there’s a good chance you’ll spot brand new additions to the herd — making every visit a little bit different.

IT’S CALVING SEASON. January is one of the most exciting times in the Cow Shed. If Mother Nature is on our side, we’re expecting up to five calves this month, with more arrivals to follow — meaning there’s a real chance you’ll meet some of our newest (and fluffiest) additions.

SMALL GROUPS, REAL CONVERSATIONS. Cow Club sessions are kept intentionally small, giving you time to ask questions, learn more about the animals, and enjoy a slower, more personal farm experience.
WINTER WALK WITH PURPOSE. Wrap up warm, get some fresh air, and spend 30 minutes learning something new in the heart of the countryside — the perfect antidote to post-Christmas hibernation.
