Join one of our talented butchers in the Goat Shed Butchery and get hands-on experience making your very own traditional pork sausages.
Learn the process of how we make our very own traditional pork sausages using locally farmed pork from The Allen’s at Morley Farm on the Holkham Estate in North Norfolk and take home what you make at the end of the course.
We will talk you through the basics of sausage making, the equipment, the ingredients needed, and the art of linking sausages before giving you the chance to mix, fill and link your very own sausages. Depending on the size and how well you link, you can take up to 30 of your very own sausages home to enjoy.
This workshop starts at 6:00pm, and is perfect for beginners, no previous experience is needed. After the workshop, you will have the opportunity to look around the farm shop and make any purchases if you wish.
Group bookings are available upon request.

We all know that our goats are one of your favourite reasons for coming to visit us, and this years demand for ‘Meet The Kids’ went through the roof, so we’ve listened to all your requests and have brought Goat Spa back for 2025.
The spa is re-opening for our Boer goats, and they’re excited for a whole herd of pampering this Spring and Summer.
This is your exclusive chance to meet and pet the coolest kids on the block. Spend 20 minutes in the pen and learn more about our herd while brushing, cuddling and pampering your goat, before finishing off with an insta-worthy selfie.
Each session has a capacity of 8 people and will run for 20 minutes. Please note that you will be in the pen with other parties if you have booked less than 8 tickets, so please be respectful to everyone in the session.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session, and meet by the goat pen under the main porch area. A member of the team will sign you in, run through a couple of rules and get you set up before you enter the pen.

All children under 16 will need a parent / guardian on site around the viewing area of the goat pen throughout their session.
This experience is not suitable for children under the age of 3. Children under 4 must be accompanied by a supervising adult who will need to book a separate ticket.
